This version can be built using pieces from the 31139 set.
The idea of combining both buildings is to create a row of buildings 8 studs wide. When you choose to combining Tiny Townhouse 1 and 2, you can buy some additional pieces so that these 2 buildings can be mounted on a standard 16×32 baseplate.
Depending if you already own the needed LEGO sets, you’ll receive the 515, 725, 1240 or 50 pieces need to build this alternate modular designed by Łukasz Libuszewski.
